Steps to Update Company Logo
Follow these steps to upload and save a new logo for your company profile.
Step1: Log In and Access Company Settings
– Log in to your Filio web account.
– From the left sidebar, click on the “Company” option to open the Company Info page.
Step2: Upload and Save the Logo
– On the Company Info page, scroll to the “Company Logo” section (next to fields like Company Name, Zip Code, State, City, Street, and Company ID).
– Click the “Upload” button under Company Logo to select and upload your new image file (supported formats include JPEG, JPG, and PNG; size under 2MB for best results).
– Once uploaded, click the orange “Save” button at the bottom to apply the changes—your new logo will now appear across your Filio account.
Tips and Warnings
Make the update smooth with these quick tips and notes.
- Use a high-resolution logo in JPEG, JPG, or PNG for crisp display.
- Test the upload with a small file first to ensure it fits well.
- Update other company info (like address) on the same page if needed.
- Uploaded logos can’t be rolled back easily—preview before saving.
- Only admins can update company logos; check your role if access is blocked.
- Save after upload, or changes won’t stick.
