Can I use my company's layout and branding?

Yes. Create reusable portrait or landscape templates with your logo, cover page, summary, and chosen fields. Save the format for future reports instead of rebuilding the layout each time.

Do I have to re-enter project and photo details for every report?

No. Add project and media fields to your template, and Filio fills them from the available records when generating the report. You choose which details to include; information that has not been recorded may remain blank.

Can I include maps and plan sheets in a report?

Yes. Include maps, plan sheets, and supported location or direction information to show where selected photos belong. The available content depends on the project records and the report settings you choose.

Can I edit a generated report without changing the original photos?

Yes. Adjust report text, captions, page order, and presentation without changing the original media records. Available report history also lets you review earlier saved states of the report.

Does every report need approval before export?

No. Review and approval are optional in Filio, not required before export. When your team's process calls for review, send the report with a note explaining what to check. Use the approval option when the report is ready.

Which file formats can I export?

Download reports as PDF or Microsoft Word (DOCX). Choose a high-quality PDF for records and printing, or a compressed PDF for email and uploads. A separate KMZ map export is available for project locations and media points.
