Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1 — Open Walking Placement Setup
Open Plan Sheets, locate the plan sheet you want to use, and open its settings menu. Under PHOTO & VIDEO PLACEMENT, select Set Up Walking Placement.
Step 2 — Mark Your Starting Point
Move the plan until the center target is positioned where you are physically standing, then select Set Starting Point.
Step 3 — Walk in a Straight Line
Walk straight toward the displayed endpoint guide. Continue until you have walked at least 2 m, then hold still and select Stop Walking.
Step 4 — Set the End Point
Move the plan so ALIGN FINISH HERE matches the location where you stopped, then select Set End Point.
Step 5 — Capture Photos in Walking Mode
After completing the setup, make sure Walking is selected instead of Manual. Move through the space and use the photo capture control whenever you need to document a view. Filio places the captured photos on the plan sheet as blue directional markers.
Step 6 — Correct a Marker When Needed
If the displayed position or direction needs correction, select Fix marker. Drag the yellow marker to your location, use Set direction to match the camera direction, and select Save.
Step 7 — Review the Captured Locations
Review the plan sheet to confirm that the captured photos appear in the intended locations and directions.
