Filio gives you two ways to work with Cover Pages and Summary Pages.
Option 1: Add them during report creation

If your team uses repeated report formats, the better option is to create or edit a Personalized Report Template.

Inside the Report Builder, users with the right access can design the report layout and also manage Cover Page and Summary Page structures as part of the larger report template workflow.
This allows your team to create reusable report standards for:

Client-facing reports

QA/QC reports

With this approach, users do not need to recreate the same Cover Page, Summary Page, or report layout every time they generate a report. Personalized Templates appear above the standard Portrait and Landscape templates. Select an existing template, or create a new personalized template if your team needs a reusable report structure.

Step 3 – Create or Edit a Cover Page Template
When you create or edit a Cover Page, Filio opens a document-style editor. Inside this editor, you can add and format content using tools similar to a word processor. You can:

Step 4 – Insert Predefined Fields on the Cover Page
Click Filio Predefined Fields inside the editor to add dynamic fields to the Cover Page. These fields allow Filio to automatically fill in information from the project, report, or selected media.

Place the fields where you want them to appear on the Cover Page. When the report is generated, Filio will replace those fields with the correct project or report data.

Step 5 – Save the Cover Page Template
After designing the Cover Page, click Save Changes. The saved Cover Page template can be reused in future reports. Use a clear template name so your team can easily recognize it later.

Step 6 – Add a Summary Page
After the Cover Page step, Filio moves to Add Summary Page (End of Report). The Summary Page appears at the end of the report. It can be used for final notes, closing remarks, project conclusions, disclaimers, approval information, or company-specific closing sections. In this step, you can:

When creating or editing a Summary Page, Filio opens the same document-style editor. You can add formatted text, tables, project fields, report fields, and first media fields. A Summary Page can include:

After selecting the Cover Page and Summary Page, continue to the Report Options step. Here, you can review report settings before generating the report. You can:
When everything is ready, click Create Report.

After the report is created, the Cover Page appears at the beginning of the report and the Summary Page appears at the end.
Filio automatically fills in the predefined fields based on the project, report, and selected media information.
