How to Share Media from Your Phone Gallery Directly to a Filio Project?

Phone gallery media → Filio: an iPhone Photos example.

Share photos directly from your phone’s gallery to a Filio project on iOS or Android. Simply select your photos, tap Share, and choose Filio. Then select your project and follow the steps below. The screenshots show an iPhone example, but the process is similar on Android.

1. Select media in Apple Photos

Open Photos on your iPhone and select the media you want to add. The example shows 26 Photos Selected.

Select the media you want to add in Apple Photos.

2. Share to Filio

Tap the Share button, then tap Filio in the iOS Share menu.

Choose Filio from the iOS Share menu.

3. Choose the destination project

In Add Media to a Project, find the correct project and tap Choose. This example uses Restoration & Renovation.

4. Review the selected media

On Add Media, review your selection. Optionally use Markup or Add a comment… to add context.

Review the media and add optional context.

5. Add an optional tag and confirm

For an optional tag, tap Add Tag, enter Demo & Finishing, choose Add Tag “Demo & Finishing”, then tap Apply. When ready, return to Add Media and tap the yellow checkmark.

Add an optional tag, apply it, then confirm Add Media.

6. Open the project gallery

Return to Gallery in Filio. Find Restoration & Renovation and tap Open Gallery.

Open the destination project’s gallery.

7. Review media and sync status

Review the media in the project gallery. Syncing means synchronization is still in progress; it does not confirm cloud completion.

Review the media and the visible sync status.

About these examples: the selection shows 26 photos, while the later gallery shows 23 media and Syncing. The Share-menu previews also differ. These screenshots do not verify that all 26 synchronized or that the optional tag was applied to the later records.

Important Note: Video sharing through this menu has not been verified.
