Step 1 – Log In and Open Your Project
Log into filio.io
using your web browser.
From the dashboard, select the project you want to review.

On the left-hand sidebar, click Reports to open the Report History page.
Here, you’ll see all previously created reports for your selected project displayed as cards.
Each report card shows:
Created By and Updated At details
A preview of included media
Buttons for edit, comment, share, and delete actions

You can easily organize your Report History by using the available sort and filter options:
Sort by Date Range using the calendar filters
Filter by Creator or Approver to find specific reports
Use the search bar to locate reports by name or keyword

From the Report History page, you can take several actions:
Edit: Reopen a report to modify its content, add media, or adjust formatting.
Comment: Leave feedback directly on a report; you can also tag users by entering their email address, which sends them an instant notification.
Share: Generate a shareable link or export the report to PDF or Word.
Delete: Remove outdated or duplicate reports from the project.
