What Is Report History and How to Access It in the Filio Web App?

The Report History feature in Filio allows you to view, manage, and track all reports created within your projects. It maintains a chronological record of every report’s creation, modification, and approval, helping your team maintain full transparency and accountability throughout the reporting process.

Step 1 – Log In and Open Your Project

Log into filio.io
using your web browser.
From the dashboard, select the project you want to review.

Step 2 – Access Report History

On the left-hand sidebar, click Reports to open the Report History page.

Here, you’ll see all previously created reports for your selected project displayed as cards.

Each report card shows:
Created By and Updated At details
A preview of included media
Buttons for edit, comment, share, and delete actions

Step 3 – Sort and Filter Your Reports

You can easily organize your Report History by using the available sort and filter options:

Sort by Date Range using the calendar filters
Filter by Creator or Approver to find specific reports
Use the search bar to locate reports by name or keyword

Step 4 – Manage and Collaborate on Reports

From the Report History page, you can take several actions:
Edit: Reopen a report to modify its content, add media, or adjust formatting.
Comment: Leave feedback directly on a report; you can also tag users by entering their email address, which sends them an instant notification.
Share: Generate a shareable link or export the report to PDF or Word.
Delete: Remove outdated or duplicate reports from the project.

Step 5 – Maintain Transparency and Version Control

Report History ensures all your reports are traceable and up to date.
You can:
Review previous versions of a report.
Track edits made by different team members.
Restore older versions if needed for reference or auditing.
This feature ensures full accountability and a clear audit trail across your organization.
