Steps to Transfer Account to a New Email
Follow these steps to update your account with a new email address.
Step 1: Log In and Access Users
– Log in to your Filio web account.
– From the left sidebar, click the “Users” option to open the user management page, showing your list of users.

– In the user list, find your user account and click the edit icon (a square with an arrow) next to it, located beside the trash icon, to open the edit popup.
– Go to the “User Information” tab, locate the email field, and enter the new email address.
– Click “Save” to apply the change. The account will now be linked to the new email.

- Verify the new email before saving to avoid login issues.
- Log out and back in with the new email to confirm the update.
