Steps to Relocate Media Between Plan Sheets
Follow these steps to transfer and reposition your media in a new plan sheet.
Step 1: Log In and Select Your Project
– Log in to your Filio web account and navigate to the Projects page.
– Click on the specific project with the images you want to relocate to open its dashboard.
Step 2: Select and Open Edit Mode
– In the media list, check the boxes next to the images or the videos you want to move (multi-select for batch).
– Click the “Edit” button (pencil icon) in the top toolbar to enter edit mode.
Step 3: Change the Plan Sheet in Geo-Information
– In edit mode, scroll to the “Geo-information” section (with the warning about updating all selected media).
– Click “Select Plan Sheet” in the Plan Sheets tab and choose the new plan sheet from the dropdown.
– Note that the map preview updates with your selected area, so adjust it if needed.
– Click “Save” to apply the changes and the media will move to the new plan sheet.
Step 4: Adjust and Refresh
– In the new plan sheet preview, drag and drop the media to their desired positions on the map or plan sheet.
– After adjusting, click “Back” or refresh the page to see the final placement. The media are now in the new plan sheet and removed from the old one.
