Steps to Edit User Profile Information
Follow these steps to modify a user’s details in your Filio account.
Step1: Log In and Access User Settings
– Log in to your Filio web account. - From the left sidebar, click the “User” option to open the user management page, displaying a list of all users.

– Locate the user you want to edit in the list and click the edit icon (pencil) next to their name. - This opens a popup with editable fields like name, email, and role.

– In the popup, update the user’s information (e.g., name, email) and select their role from the dropdown (options include Super Admin, Admin, Editor, Viewer). - Review the changes, then click “Save” to apply or “Cancel” to discard. The updated info will appear in the user list.
