How to Edit User Profile Information in Filio?

Need to update a user’s details in Filio? This guide walks you through editing user profiles, including roles and contact info, directly from the user management section.


Steps to Edit User Profile Information

Follow these steps to modify a user’s details in your Filio account.

Step1: Log In and Access User Settings

– Log in to your Filio web account.
- From the left sidebar, click the “User” option to open the user management page, displaying a list of all users.

Step2: Select User and Open Edit Mode

– Locate the user you want to edit in the list and click the edit icon (pencil) next to their name.
- This opens a popup with editable fields like name, email, and role.

Step 3: Edit and Save Changes

– In the popup, update the user’s information (e.g., name, email) and select their role from the dropdown (options include Super Admin, Admin, Editor, Viewer).
- Review the changes, then click “Save” to apply or “Cancel” to discard. The updated info will appear in the user list.
