Step-by-Step Guide to Import Media
Follow these steps to import media from your phone to the Filio app.
Step 1: Open the Filio Data Collector App and Select Your Project
Launch the app on your mobile device. Once opened, navigate to the Gallery section.Locate and open the project where you want to add media. Click on the yellow Add Media button located at the bottom right side of the screen.

Step 2: Click on Add Document or Add Media and Select Your Files
A menu will appear with various options. If you want to import documents, tap Add Document. If you want to upload pictures or videos from your gallery, tap Add Media to proceed.Browse your phone’s gallery and choose the pictures, videos, or documents you want to import. Once selected, tap Open or Add to upload them.
– For documents: Select from device files.
– For photos/videos: Choose from gallery.
– Add descriptions if needed.

Step 3: Sync to the Cloud
After selecting your media, they will begin syncing to the cloud. Within a minute, you will see them available in your project.
