Step-by-Step Guide
Follow these steps to add documents to your Filio project.
Step 1: Add Tags in a Default Project Template
When setting up a Default Project Template, add Tags that will be available in the mobile app when capturing media.
Create new Tags (e.g., Client Report, Insurance Report, Weekly Team Report).
Upload comma-separated tags in bulk for faster setup.
Tags make your media and reports easy to search, filter, and organize.
Step 2: Set AI Guidance for Captions
In the AI Guidance section, provide a custom prompt to tell Filio’s AI what to focus on.
Example: “Focus on ceiling beams and vertical columns; exclude walls, floor, and clutter.”
Guidance ensures AI-generated captions are project-specific and accurate.
Step 3: Test and Refine AI Captions
After entering your guidance, click Test Your AI to generate captions and labels.
Review the auto-generated AI Caption and suggested AI Labels (e.g., Ceiling Beams, Joist Bays, Structural Framing).
Adjust your prompt until captions are accurate for your project’s needs.
Step 4: Manage AI and Tags in a Project
Inside a project page, you can edit media details to apply AI captions and manage Tags.
Select one or multiple media files.
Tap the Settings (gear/pencil) icon to edit fields such as:
General: AI Caption, Transcription
Tags: Add or remove labels
Geo-Information: Latitude, Longitude, Elevation, Angle
Custom Fields: Project-specific data like inspection type or report category
Step 5: View AI Captions and Details in Media
To see AI Captions and Tags in detail:
Click the details button (next to the trash icon).
View AI Caption, AI Labels, Tags, and Custom Fields alongside the Description, Date, Time, and GPS info.
Example: AI Caption — “Construction workers reviewing blueprints at an excavation site with heavy machinery and scaffolding in the background.”
