Step-by-Step Guide to Plan Sheet Media
Follow these steps to capture media using a plan sheet in the Filio app.
Step 1: Access Plan Sheet and Select a Sheet
Open the Filio app and tap Plan Sheets in the top-right corner.Choose your blueprint or plan sheet from the list.

Step 2: Pin Your Location and Capture Media
Move the orange pin to the desired location on the plan sheet.Tap Take Media, capture your photo or video, and add details.
– Use comments for context.
– Add tags for organization.

Step 3: View Details and Save and Sync
(Optional) Add tags for easy search and filtering.
Tap the yellow arrow to see media details on the sheet.Tap the yellow checkmark to save and sync your media.
– Ensure sync is complete.

Step 4: Edit Plan Sheet and Review in Project
If needed, edit the plan sheet integration in Gallery.Go to the project map to review pinned media.
