Step-by-Step Guide to Sharing Media
Step 1: Select Media
Open your project in Filio and choose the images or videos you want to share from the media gallery.
Step 2: Generate a Share Link
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select “Get Link” to create a shareable link.
Step 3: Set Access Options
Choose your sharing preferences: - Filio Users Only: Restrict the link to users with project access (Filio web users or data collectors). - Public Access: Allow anyone with the link to view or download the media. Set an expiration date (e.g., one week or unlimited).Copy the link and share it via email or another platform.

Use short expiration dates for public links to maintain security. Test the link before sharing to ensure it works as intended.
