Steps to Relocate Images Between Layouts
Follow these steps to transfer and reposition your images in a new layout.
Step 1: Log In and Select Your Project
– Log in to your Filio web account and navigate to the Projects page.
– Click on the specific project with the images you want to relocate to open its dashboard.

– In the media list, check the boxes next to the images you want to move (multi-select for batch).
– Click the “Edit” button (pencil icon) in the top toolbar to enter edit mode.

Step 3: Change the Layout in Geo-Information
– In edit mode, scroll to the “Geo-information” section (with the warning about updating all selected media).
– Click “Select Plan Sheet” in the Plan Sheets tab and choose the new layout from the dropdown.
– Note that the map preview updates with your selected area, so adjust it if needed.
– Click “Save” to apply the changes and the images will move to the new layout.

– In the new layout preview, drag and drop the images to their desired positions on the map or plan sheet.
– After adjusting, click “Back” or refresh the page to see the final placement. The images are now in the new layout and removed from the old one.
