Understanding and Activating Auto Select Project
Auto Select Project automatically selects the closest project to your current location, saving time when you’re on-site by removing the need to choose a project manually.
To enable it:
Open the Filio App on your device.
At the top left of the main screen, turn the “Auto Select Project” toggle on.
Once activated, Filio will detect and select the nearest project based on your location.

How to Manually Select a Project?
Take control by manually choosing a project from your list with these steps.
Selecting a Project
You can choose a project in two ways:
From the Main Page:
At the top of the main screen, scroll horizontally through your project list.
Swipe left to reveal more projects and tap the one you want to open.
From the Project Tab:
Tap “Project” (bottom-left icon) from the bottom menu.
Browse the list and tap your desired project to open it.

- Enable location services for Auto Select to work accurately and ensure the closest project is selected.
- Scroll slowly through the project list to avoid missing options when selecting manually.
- Switch between Auto Select and manual selection based on your needs and location accuracy.
- Auto Select requires GPS to be active and may not work indoors or without location permission.
- Ensure you have the right project selected before starting work to avoid data mix-ups or errors.
