Step-by-Step Password Recovery Process
Here’s how to quickly reset your Filio password if you’ve forgotten it or just want to improve your account security.
Step 1: Open the Filio Website
Go to www.filio.io and click on the “Login” button in the top-right corner of the page. (Visual: Login screen)
Step 2: Click on "Forgot Password"
You can choose to recover your Filio password using either your registered phone number or email address, whichever is more convenient.
Step 3: Enter Your Email or Phone
Enter the email address or mobile number linked to your Filio account. Click Submit to receive a verification code.
Step 4: Enter the Authentication Code
Check your inbox or SMS messages for a 6-digit code. Enter the code in the app or website when prompted and click Submit to continue.
Step 5: Set a New Password
Now enter your new Filio password, and confirm it by typing it again. Click “Reset Password” to complete the process. You’re all set!
