How to access a web project using the Data Collector Mobile App?
Follow these steps to access and manage a web project from the Filio mobile app.
Step 1: Open App and Select Project
– Open the Filio App, and on the bottom left, tap on Project.
– Select the project you want to access from the list.

Step 2: Open in Web and Manage Features
– Tap on Open in Web at the top right of the project page.
– Once opened in the Web Console, you’ll be able to:
– Delete or Edit Media: Easily manage your visual data by removing or updating any uploaded photos or videos.
– Add Tags and Filters: Organize content with relevant tags and use filters to quickly find specific visuals or categories.
– Filter by Data Collectors: View content based on who collected the data, ideal for performance tracking and team audits.
– Measure Inside Photos: Use built-in measurement tools to calculate real-world dimensions directly within the images.
– View Project Map and Layouts: Access geolocated visuals on the map, or explore uploaded sheets and plans overlaid with captured visuals.
– Navigate Through the Timeline: Track progress visually by navigating through dated captures and updates.
– Create a Report Sheet from Media: Generate structured visual reports directly from selected media files, with captions, dates, tags, and more.
– Communicate with Team Members: Collaborate efficiently by commenting on visuals or sharing insights directly inside the console.
– Explore Full Timeline Views: Filter by date, tags, or members to explore the full documentation history of a project.

How to Check Weather and Directions for a Project on Filio Mobile App?
Follow these steps to view weather and direction details for your projects.
Step 1: Open Project and View Initial Details
– On your mobile device, launch the Filio App and tap on the “Project” tab (bottom-left).
– Scroll through the project list and tap on the one you want to view.
– Inside the selected project, you’ll see: A map view with the project’s pinned location, live weather info like temperature, forecast, and hourly conditions, an option to tap “Directions” to open the project in Google Maps, and project details including location address, Lat/Lng coordinates, and start date.

Step 2: Access Web for Detailed Weather Data
– Tap “Open in Web” at the top right of the screen.
– In the web console: Each media file shows captured weather conditions (temperature, wind, humidity) at the time of capture. Use this data for tracking field conditions, documenting changes, or reporting.
– This step gives you a full snapshot of weather and location data right in the app, no need to leave the mobile view.
