Setting Up with a Company Email
When you’re creating your account, whether through the Filio Web App or the Mobile App, make sure to use your official company email address. This connects your profile to your organization’s workspace automatically, giving your team a consistent and professional presence across Filio.
Office Selection
If your company has multiple branches or teams, you’ll be prompted to select your office from a dropdown menu during sign-up. Don’t see your office listed? You can simply check “I don’t have an office” to proceed.
Enter Your Company ID
In some cases, Filio may request a Company ID to confirm your position in the organization. Entering the correct ID helps link your profile with your team, allowing your admin to approve your role and manage your access smoothly.
Email Verification
To complete the Filio company email setup, Filio will send a 6-digit verification code (OTP) to your email. Enter the code to confirm your identity and finish registration. You’re now ready to collaborate with your team.
