Select the checkbox for one project or select multiple projects to give the same user access to several projects. Review which projects are selected before continuing.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"filio-project-access-step-2\" style=\"scroll-margin-top:calc(var(--filio-header-height,160px) + 24px)\">Step 2 \u2014 Add the User from the Directory<\/h3>\n<p>Open the selected projects&#8217; <strong>Settings<\/strong>, choose <strong>Add Users and Groups<\/strong>, then <strong>Import Users From Directory<\/strong>. Find the existing user, select the appropriate account, and continue to the permissions screen. Choose the project permissions the user needs and confirm with the on-screen action. Selecting the rows here does not add the user to new projects.
