Step 1: Open the Project
Navigate to User Access Settings
- Go to the project’s Settings.
Step 2: Navigate to User Access Settings
Find and click on User Access to manage the users for this specific project.
Step 3: Add Users by Email
- In the User Access panel, type in the email address of the person you want to add.
- You can give them specific access such as:
- Data Collector Access: Allows the user to take media from the project using the Filio Data Collector app. Note: This will count towards your subscription users.
- Project View, Edit Media, Import Media: Assign specific roles based on their involvement in the project.
- Full Access: Grants all permissions except for those you choose to restrict.
- Recommendation: Avoid granting Delete Media and Settings permissions unless necessary.
Step 4: Review Subscriber Status
- After adding users, check their status:
- Yes under Subscriber: The user has Data Collector access.
- No under Subscriber: The user only has web access.
Step 5: Upload or Import Users
Upload Comma Separated Users
Data Collector Access: Allows the user to take media from the project using the Filio Data Collector app. Note: This will count towards your subscription users.
- Project View, Edit Media, Import Media: Assign specific roles based on their involvement in the project.
- Full Access: Grants all permissions except for those you choose to restrict.

Import users from your company
- You can also add users by importing contacts from your company’s existing database within Filio.
